Nebraska High School Football - Twin Loup beat Overton

The Twin Loup Wolves football squad scored 16 points and restricted the visiting Overton Eagles to 0 in the Wolves league victory on Friday.

The Wolves now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ansley/Litchfield for a D2 District 7 (8 Man) battle on Friday, September 23. Twin Loup will face a Spartans squad coming off a 24-14 league loss to Burwell (Burwell, NE). The Spartans record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Eagles face the Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE) in a D2 District 7 (8 Man) battle, on Friday, September 23. Overton will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 52-48 league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE).
