In Friday's league game, the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers (Paxton, IL) football team smashed the host Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL), by a score of 43-6.

The Panthers (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL). The Eagles come into the Illini Prairie game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Rantoul was ripped by Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL), 48-6, in a league game.
