New Jersey High School Football - Summit felled by St. Thomas Aquinas

The Summit Hilltoppers football team (Summit, NJ), was knocked off 19-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ)

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cranford (Cranford, NJ). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Cranford knocked off Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ), 35-28, in a non-league challenge.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rahway for a Big Central - United Gold challenge on Saturday, September 24. Summit will meet a Indians team coming off a 27-7 league win over Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Indians record now stands at 3-0.
