The Valley Vikings topped the visiting Highland Hornets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Vikings now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eldorado for a non-league test on Saturday, September 17. Valley will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

The Hornets (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Clovis gained a win over Lovington (Lovington, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
