Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 17. Northridge will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL).
The Blue Streaks now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league test on Saturday, September 17.
