California High School Volleyball - Assumption over Marin Catholic

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Assumption Rockets (Louisville, KY) and the host Marin Catholic Wildcats (Kentfield, CA), saw Assumption's volleyball squad beat Marin Catholic by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Assumption upgrades its record to 18-2 on the year. The Rockets travel to Beckman (Irvine, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Beckman won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Irvine (Irvine, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to La Salle for a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. Marin Catholic will play a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-12.
