The Canyon Hills Rattlers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Monte Vista Monarchs to 0 in the Rattlers non-league victory on Friday.

The Rattlers now have a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clairemont for a non-league game on Saturday, September 17. Canyon Hills will meet a Chieftains team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA). The Chieftains record now stands at 6-5.

The Monarchs (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Matadors enter the Grossmont Valley game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Mount Miguel dropped by Crawford (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
