Connecticut High School Volleyball - East Lyme overwhelmed by Griswold

In Friday's non-league battle, the host Griswold Wolverines volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the East Lyme Vikings.

The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT). The Bulldogs come into the Eastern Connecticut - Small battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Lyman Memorial achieved victory over Fitch (Groton, CT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 19. East Lyme will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Wheeler (North Stonington, CT).
