The Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) volleyball were winner over the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), 3-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Miyamura betters its record to 5-4 on the year. The Patriots travel to Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM) to face the Bears in a non-league outing on Monday, September 19. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 0-6. Wingate lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Quemado (Quemado, NM)
The Wolves now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Shiprock for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 22. Hozho Academy will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Chieftains record now stands at 0-2.
