The Marathon Dolphins volleyball team (Marathon, FL), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL)

The Pirates (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Key West (Key West, FL). The Conchs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Key West nipped Coral Shores (Tavernier, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Dolphins meet the Palm Beach Central Broncos (Wellington, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Marathon will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Glades Central (Belle Glade, FL).
