With the win, Victory Christian upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Cardinals host New Manna Christian (Marion, NC) to play the Wind in a NCCSA A District 1 bout on Monday, September 19. The Wind go into the bout with a record of 4-3. New Manna Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC)

The Sharks now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Matthews Christian Academy for a NCCSA A District 2 bout on Tuesday, September 20. Shining Light Baptist Academy will play a Colts squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Colts record now stands at 7-3.
