In Saturday's league game, the Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV) football team smashed the host West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV), by a final score of 42-0.

The Highlanders (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV). The Longhorns come into the 2A Northern game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Battle Mountain overwhelmed North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA), 46-0, in a league game.

The Wolverines now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Tahoe for a 2A Northern game on Saturday, September 23. West Wendover will battle a Lakers team coming off a 46-0 league loss to Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV). The Lakers record now stands at 0-3.
