The Crestwood Comets soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Bloomsburg Panthers to 3 in the Comets non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Comets face the Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 1 contest, on Thursday, September 21. Crestwood will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.
The Panthers now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Warrior Run for a PIAA District IV-AA contest on Monday, September 18. Bloomsburg will face a Defenders team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA). The Defenders record now stands at 6-2.
