The Great Bridge Wildcats topped the visiting Grafton Clippers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grassfield for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 20. Great Bridge will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-0.
The Clippers (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bruins enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Western Branch gained a win over Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
