Kentucky High School Volleyball - Ohio County tips Metcalfe County

September 16, 2023: Hartford, KY 42347

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY) and the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), saw Ohio County's volleyball squad nip Metcalfe County by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Ohio County upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year.

The Hornets now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Allen County-Scottsville for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. Metcalfe County will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 2-2.
