Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Bath Wildcats (Lima, OH) in a Western Buckeye challenge, on Monday, September 18. Elida will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH).

The Thunderbirds now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Temple Christian for a West Ohio challenge on Saturday, September 23.
