The Normal Community Ironmen held off the visiting Morton Potters soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Ironmen now sport a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Richwoods for a Big Twelve match on Tuesday, September 19. Normal Community will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Danville (Danville, IL). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.
