Missouri High School Softball - Clark County bounces Green City

The Clark County Indians (Kahoka, MO) softball routed the visiting Green City Gophers (Green City, MO), 9-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Indians (4-10) will now prepare for their bout against Brookfield (Brookfield, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Brookfield was routed by Centralia (Centralia, MO), 5-4, in a non-league bout.
The Gophers now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to La Plata for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. Green City will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Bevier (Bevier, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-2.
