The Wesleyan Wolves softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Horizon Hawks to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Wesleyan improves its record to 14-4 on the year. The Wolves travel to Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 10-6. Tattnall Square Academy won 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Ringgold (Ringgold, GA)

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Fossil Ridge Sabercats (Fort Collins, CO) in a 5A/4A Front Range game, on Tuesday, September 19. Horizon will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Sabercats go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 12-0 league win over Mountain Range (Westminster, CO).
