South Dakota High School Volleyball - Corsica/Stickney Alcester-Hudson

The Alcester-Hudson Cubs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Corsica/Stickney Jaguars to 0 in the Cubs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cubs now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwestern Area for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Alcester-Hudson will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ipswich (Ipswich, SD). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-5.

The Jaguars (1-13) will now prepare for their outing against Avon (Avon, SD). The Pirates go into the B Region 5 outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Avon notched a victory over Scotland (Scotland, SD), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
