The Jefferson County North Chargers prevailed the visiting Atchison Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Chargers now have a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Seabury Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Jefferson County North will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Kansas City Christian School (Prairie Village, KS). The Seahawks record now stands at 9-5.
The Phoenix (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Horton (Horton, KS). The Chargers enter the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Horton Valley Falls (Valley Falls, KS), 0-0, in a non-league test.
