The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) and the visiting Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY), saw Bracken County's volleyball squad beat Paris by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Bracken County upgrades its record to 8-13 on the year. The Polar Bears travel to Augusta (Augusta, KY) to play the Panthers in a District 39 bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-16. Augusta lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY)

The Greyhounds now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Mason County for a non-league bout on Monday, September 18. Paris will play a Royals squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Royals record now stands at 9-6.
