California High School Volleyball - Burroughs tips Fresno Christian

Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Fresno Christian Eagles (Fresno, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Burros battle the Serrano Diamondbacks (Phelan, CA) in a Mojave River match, on Monday, September 18. Burroughs will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Diamondbacks come into the match with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA).

With the loss, Fresno Christian drops to 18-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Highland (Palmdale, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 16. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 14-4. Highland won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Mojave (Mojave, CA)
