The Eunice Cardinals topped the host Carrizozo Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cardinals now have a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Texico for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 26. Eunice will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Tatum (Tatum, NM). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-1.
The Grizzlies (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, NM). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Lake Arthur gained a win over Carrizozo (Carrizozo, NM), 3-2, in a non-league test.
