The Platte/Geddes Black Panthers topped the host Centerville Tornadoes volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Black Panthers now have a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwestern Area for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Platte/Geddes will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ipswich (Ipswich, SD). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-5.
The Tornadoes (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD). The enter the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Sioux Falls Lutheran gained a win over St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD), 3-0, in a league test.
