The Central Red Devils held off the visiting Rehobeth Rebels volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Red Devils now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Auburn for a 7A Area 4 test on Tuesday, September 19. Central will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-10.
The Rebels (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Opp (Opp, AL). The Bobcats enter the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Opp held off Kinston (Kinston, AL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
