The Chapman Panthers volleyball team (Inman, SC), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC)

The Patriots (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Hurricanes come into the AAA Region 2 challenge with a 15-1 record. In their last challenge, Wren defeated Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC) in a AAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Chapman will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Devildogs come into the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC).
