Illinois High School Volleyball - Pontiac Coal City

The Coal City Coalers topped the visiting Pontiac Indians volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Coalers now have a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crete-Monee for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Coal City will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Thornridge (Dolton, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 7-4.

The Indians (7-9) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL). The Spartans enter the Illini Prairie test with a 13-2 record.
