The Danville Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Highland Huskies to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bears now have a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to WACO for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Danville will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pekin (Packwood, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-1.
The Huskies (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA). The Lions enter the SEI - North game with a 1-11 record.
