The Knights (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Gibault Catholic went down by Chester (Chester, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Flyers encounter the Belleville East Lancers (Belleville, IL) in a Southwestern challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. East St. Louis will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record.
