The South Wasco County Redsides volleyball team (Maupin, OR), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR)
The Prospectors (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Irrigon (Irrigon, OR). The Knights enter the 2A Blue Mountain challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Irrigon defeated Riverside (Boardman, OR), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Redsides encounter the Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. South Wasco County will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record.
