The Watertown Goslings held off the visiting Green Bay Preble Hornets volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Goslings now have a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host De Pere for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Watertown will confront a Redbirds team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI). The Redbirds record now stands at 9-11.

The Hornets (4-17) will now prepare for their test against Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI). The Redwings enter the Fox River Classic test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Sheboygan South was nudged by Kenosha Bradford (Kenosha, WI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
