Oregon High School Volleyball - Putnam can't hold off Gresham

The Putnam Kingsmen volleyball team (Milwaukie, OR), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Gresham Gophers (Gresham, OR)
The Gophers (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Southridge (Beaverton, OR). The Skyhawks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Southridge was edged by Westview (Portland, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Kingsmen encounter the Parkrose Broncos (Portland, OR) in a 5A Northwest Oregon challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Putnam will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Liberty (Hillsboro, OR).
