The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA) and the host H-L-V Warriors (Victor, IA), saw Prairie City-Monroe's volleyball squad beat H-L-V by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Prairie City-Monroe upgrades its record to 7-10 on the year. The Mustangs travel to North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA) to play the Warhawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Warhawks enter the test with a record of 8-4. North Mahaska lost 3-2 in their recent league test against H-L-V (Victor, IA)

The Warriors (4-15) will now prepare for their test against Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA). The Tigerhawks enter the South Iowa Cedar test with a 2-7 record.
