The Jimtown Jimmies held off the visiting West Noble Chargers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Jimmies now have a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northfield for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Jimtown will confront a Norsemen team coming off a 3-0 league win over Rochester (Rochester, IN). The Norsemen record now stands at 14-4.

The Chargers (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Tippecanoe Valley held off LaVille (Lakeville, IN), 3-1, in a non-league test.
