The McLaughlin Mustangs volleyball team (McLaughlin, SD), was dropped 25-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD)

The Buffalos (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD). The Braves enter the A Region 6 challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte was dropped by Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. McLaughlin will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Rustlers enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Faulkton (Faulkton, SD).
