The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA) and the visiting Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA), saw West Ouachita's volleyball squad beat Parkway by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, West Ouachita upgrades its record to 14-3 on the year. The Chiefs host Haughton (Haughton, LA) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Haughton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Airline (Bossier City, LA)

The Panthers now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host North Caddo for a non-league bout on Monday, September 18. Parkway will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA). The Titans record now stands at 3-6.
