The Peninsula Panthers volleyball team (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Warren Bears (Downey, CA)

The Bears (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators enter the Gateway challenge with a 14-7 record. In their last challenge, Gahr defeated Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the California Academy of Math & Science Rebels (Carson, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Peninsula will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Warren (Downey, CA).
