Michigan High School Volleyball - Whitehall can't hold off Zeeland East

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Zeeland East Chix volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Whitehall Vikings.

The Chix (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Muskegon (Muskegon, MI). The Big Reds come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Montague Wildcats (Montague, MI) in a Western Michigan battle, on Tuesday, September 19. Whitehall will attempt to advance on its 8-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lake City (Lake City, MI).
