The Winthrop Ramblers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Oak Hill Raiders to 1 in the Ramblers non-league victory on Monday.

The Ramblers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Monmouth Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, September 20. Winthrop will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Oak Hill moves to 1-2 on the year. The Raiders host Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 18. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Hall-Dale won 8-0 in their recent league bout against Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME)
