Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team tip the host Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD), 7-3 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Century improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Winters Mill (Westminster, MD) to play the Falcons in a non-league battle on Monday, September 23. The Falcons go into the battle with a record of 0-2.
The Leopards now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Brunswick for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 24.
