In Monday's non-league match, the host North Point Eagles football squad scored a good 36-8 victory over the Chopticon Braves.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets enter the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Great Mills thwarted St. Charles (Waldorf, MD), 24-16, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Braves confront the McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 23. Chopticon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 44-0 non-league loss to Patuxent (Lusby, MD).
