Virginia High School Volleyball - Deep Creek can't get by Currituck County

September 16, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23323

Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Deep Creek Hornets (Chesapeake, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Currituck County advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Knights host First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC) to face the Nighthawks in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Nighthawks go into the test with a record of 5-3.

The Hornets now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King's Fork for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18.
