In Monday's non-league match, the host Waynesville Tigers softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Dixon Bulldogs.

The Tigers (4-10) will now prepare for their match against Parkview (Springfield, MO). The Vikings come into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Parkview was routed by Dadeville (Dadeville, MO), 13-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Hartville Eagles (Hartville, MO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 17. Dixon will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 5-5 record after their 10-0 non-league win over St. James (St. James, MO).
