Minnesota High School Volleyball - Maple Grove over Blaine

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN) and the visiting Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN), observed Maple Grove's volleyball team top Blaine by a count of 3-0.

The Crimson (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Rebels enter the Northwest Suburban contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Champlin Park notched a victory over Anoka (Anoka, MN), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Bengals battle the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 18. Blaine will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Bluejackets enter the contest with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Monticello (Monticello, MN).
