Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) and the visiting Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats (Exeter, NE), observed Freeman's volleyball team top Exeter-Milligan/Friend by a tally of 2-0.

The Falcons (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Johnson County Central beat Palmyra (Palmyra, NE), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Palmyra Panthers (Palmyra, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Exeter-Milligan/Friend will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE).
