Next up, the Gamecocks confront the Opp Bobcats (Opp, AL) in a game, on Tuesday, September 24. New Brockton will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Bobcats enter the game with a 13-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Rehobeth (Dothan, AL).

The Bulldogs (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Samson (Samson, AL). The Tigers enter the 2A Area 2 game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Samson gained a win over Houston County (Columbia, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
