Marquette Crusaders (Ottawa, IL) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Indian Creek Timberwolves (Shabbona, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marquette advances its record to 8-4 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Seneca (Seneca, IL) to face the Fighting Irish in a Tri-County test on Thursday, September 19. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a record of 15-2. Seneca won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL)

The Timberwolves now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Earlville for a Little Ten test on Tuesday, September 17.
