Fans at Monday's league contest between the North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN) and the visiting Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), observed North Posey's volleyball team top Pike Central by a count of 3-0.

The Vikings (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Evansville Reitz notched a victory over Princeton (Princeton, IN), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Chargers meet the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IN) in a Pocket contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Pike Central will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 4-12 record after their 3-2 league loss to Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN).
