The Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks edged the host Rawlins County Buffaloes volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Thunderhawks confront the Triplains/Brewster Titans (Brewster, KS) in a Western Kansas Liberty game, on Monday, September 16. Wheatland-Grinnell will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Titans go into the game with a 1-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Greeley County (Tribune, KS).
